摘要
将优度评价方法运用于部队干部考核评估,确定部队干部考核评价指标体系。建立部队干部考核关于各评价指标的关联函数来刻画各评价对象的优秀程度,计算关联度和规范关联度,并计算出各评价对象的优度值,将其用于对各考核对象的综合优秀程度的比较。实例证明:该方法直观、实用,可为部队干部考核提供定量的依据。
Priority degree evaluation method is used in the military cadre examining to determine the military cadre ex‐amining achievement evaluation index system. Military cadre assessment on each evaluation index correlation functions of the excellent degree evaluation objects is built ,correlation degree and standardization correlation degree and threat priority of each object are accounted ,then each assessment object of comprehensive excellence is compared. The example proves that the method is intuitive and practical ,supplying the quantificational basis for the military cadre examining’s schemes.
