摘要
沙井河口水闸中孔闸门为直升式大型平面滑动钢闸门,具有门体宽高比大、双向挡水、悬挂运行等特点。为保证水闸中孔闸门闸墩结构设计的合理性和安全运行,进行了闸门闸墩三维有限元分析及水弹性模型静力试验、振动台摸拟地震动力试验。研究表明三维有限元分析与模型试验相结合的研究方式对于结构设计和优化有着重要意义。研究成果已经在实际工程中应用,可供类似工程参考。
The middle outlet gate at the mouth of Shajing River is a kind of vertical- lift large plane steel gate with features such as large width- height ratio, two- way sluice and hung- running. For the safe operation of the gate, 3D FEA, hydroelastic static model experiments and seismic model experiments on vibration table are performed. The results and conclusions, which show that the method combined 3D FEA with model experiments plays a important role in successful and optimized design, are applied in the actual projects and can be referenced by similar projects.
