Strategy Study on the Traffic Oriented by Green Low-Carbon:Take the Urban and Rural Construction Vocational College of Jiangsu as an Example

摘要单位(公司)是产生通勤交通的重要角色,单位的交通策略对职工的出行方式有着较大的影响。在此以江苏城乡建设职业学院为例,在对教职工出行方式意愿普遍调查的基础上,通过普及绿色理念、巧用经济杠杆、定制班车路线、综合配套保障等手段,实施绿色低碳导向的单位交通策略,鼓励教职工绿色低碳出行,取得了良好效果。最后指出绿色低碳交通是系统工程,需要政府、社会、单位、个人多方共同努力,同时也需要交通、规划、政策、法律等的综合改革。
