不同分娩方式对产妇盆底肌力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨不同分娩方式对初产妇盆底肌力的影响。方法选择产后6~8周恶露干净的初产妇100例,其中阴道自然分娩组60例,产钳助产组40例,经妇科检查+手法检查+盆底肌肉筛查仪,诊断盆底器官脱垂,按会阴肌力测试标准(GRRUG)将盆底肌力进行分级。结果产钳助产组盆底深层肌力受损31例(77.5%),浅层肌力受损32例(80.0%),自然分娩组盆底深层肌力受损22例(36.7%),浅层肌力受损27例(44.9%),产钳助产组盆底肌力受损大于阴道自然分娩组(P〈0.05)。产钳助产组不同程度阴道前壁脱垂、后壁脱垂、子宫脱垂的发生率高于阴道自然分娩组(P〈0.05)。结论产钳助产对产妇盆底肌力的损害程度及盆底器官脱垂程度比阴道自然分娩要高。
