摘要
川东北地区汇聚了丰富的特色文化资源,但由于多方面的原因,目前川东北地区在特色文化资源产业化发展方面,还存在一些问题。在党和国家加快发展文化产业的背景下,要将川东北地区丰富的特色文化资源转化为产业发展优势,一是要提高认识,明确政策导向,加大对文化产业发展的支持力度;二是应组建行业联盟,强化企业主体;三是要拓展需求导向,强化创新驱动;四是要坚持因地制宜,注重特色发展。
The north-eastern Sichuan have converged variety of resources,namely,red culture,historical culture,folk festivals and crafts culture,mountain and river culture,stone architecture and village culture,folk diet culture,etc..However,many reasons lead the industrial development of culture resource to the following problems.Understanding of it is not deep,the idea of development is unclear and the vision is not wide and open,which causes the poor management and protection,the lagging study and publicity,the lack of the new crafts and special workers who transform the culture resources,and the weak joint-force and stamina.At present,the culture industry is hoped to develop more quickly.In that case,the advantages of the north-eastern abundant culture resources can be taken only if the following attention is paid to.The understanding is deepened,the policy orientation is made clear and the culture industry is obtained more supports.The industry association is formed and the subjective position of the firm is achieved.The demand is enlarged to make the innovation rich in motivations.The principle of the specific way to the specific business should be adapted to the development of the special industry.
