摘要
识别输电线路走廊烟火对保障输电线路安全运行有重要意义。采用图像处理技术,在分析输电走廊环境下烟火特征的基础上,首先对监控视频图像数据进行采样、灰度化、滤波和图像增强等预处理,然后选择混合高斯法构建图像背景模型,并确定前景目标图像区域,最后将前景图像和烟火做特征比较,以排除干扰物影响并得到烟火目标。仿真分析空旷野外和居民村落两种环境,验证了该方法识别烟火的有效程度。
Identification of firework around transmission-line corridors is of great significance for the safe operation oftransmission lines. A firework identification method is proposed, which is based on image processing technology and thecharacteristics of firework under transmission-line corridors circumstances. Firstly, several preprocessing operations ofsurveillance videos are done such as sampling, graying, filtering and image enhancing. Then, Gaussian mixture model ap-proach is adapted to establish background model, and the foreground image areas are determined. Finally, the character-istics of the foreground image and firework are compared to eliminate the impact of disruptors and the target firework isdetermined. By analyzing the images collected from the simulation experiments in the circumstances of open field and resident villages, it verifies the effectiveness of the method for identifying fireworks.
