摘要
为了加速铝土矿浮选尾矿的沉降,河南某铝土矿选矿厂使用了以聚丙烯酰胺为主的絮凝剂。沉降槽溢流水返回至浮选作业,导致精矿Al2O3回收率和铝硅比显著降低,试验证明与回水中絮凝剂的累积有关。增大分散剂用量、延长搅拌时间、增大捕收剂用量,可显著降低絮凝剂对铝土矿浮选的影响。当回水返回比例为50%~70%时,可兼顾精矿品质与回水利用率。
In order to accelerate the sedimentation of bauxite flotation tailings, flocculants in which PAM is the main component was applied to treat the floatation tailings. The overflow water was returned to bauxite flotation,which led to the decrease of Al2O3 recoveries and A/S ratio of concentrates. It was testified that the decrease was related to the accumulation of flocculants. The measures of increasing dispersants dosage and stirring time combined with increasing collector dosage could reduce the impact of flocculants on bauxite flotation. Concentrates grade and utilization efficiency of backwater could be guaranteed when the returning ratio of backwater was controlled from 50% to 70%.
