摘要
目的:观察温阳解毒通络中药外敷治疗癌痛阴证的效果。方法:将66例中重度癌痛且中医证候辨为阴证患者按照住院顺序分为两组,对照组(33例)单纯口服吗啡,治疗组(33例)口服吗啡基础上,联合温阳解毒通络中药——丁香止痛膏外敷治疗护理。观察患者止痛疗效、止痛起效时间、持续时间及副作用。结果:用药疗程5d后,治疗组患者疼痛缓解率为90.9%,对照组患者疼痛缓解率为66.7%,治疗组疼痛缓解率较对照组高(P<0.05)。丁香止痛膏外敷起效时间最短0.6h,最长3.0h,平均(1.63±0.55)h;每剂中药有效持续时间最短3.89h,最长19.13h,平均(9.16±4.23)h。结论:温阳通络止痛法外敷治疗癌痛阴证疗效可靠,直达病所,起效迅速,作用持久,不良反应较少,值得进一步推广。
Objective： To observe the effect of remission on cancer pain with yin syndrome by using Wenyang Jiedu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine external application. Methods： Sixty-six moderate-severe cancer pain patients with yin syndrome were divided into a control group and a treatment group. Thirty-three patients in the control group were treated with morphine, and thirty-three patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenyang Jiedu Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine： Dingxiang Zhitong Cream based on morphine therapy. The curative effect, analgesic effect of time, duration time and side effect were observed. Results： After 5 days of treatment, the pain remission rate of the treatment group was 90.9%, and the pain remission rate of the control group was 66.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The longest and shortest onset time were 3h and 0.6h, respectively, and the average onset time was （1.63±0.55） h. The shortest and longest duration time of each dose of traditional Chinese medicine were 3.89h and 19.13h respectively, and the average duration time was （9.16±4.23）h. Conclusion： Wenyang Tongluo Zhitong therapy is used in treating with cancer pain with yin syndrome with reliable and quick efficacy, short treating time and long effect duration, fewer adverse reactions, and worthy to be promotion.
