摘要
《水电水利工程边坡设计规范》规定的边坡安全系数为一个范围值,具体取用应根据边坡与建筑物的关系、边坡工程规模、地质条件复杂程度及影响边坡稳定的不确定因素等综合分析后确定,否则将导致巨型边坡治理中工期和投资的巨大差异。以大岗山水电站巨型边坡稳定分析为例,通过选择合适的稳定分析方法、考虑影响边坡稳定性的重要因素以及工程类比,选择了适合于该水电站右岸边坡的稳定评价体系。从施工期和运行期监测数据看,所选择的稳定性评价体系和相应采取的支护措施是合适的。
" Design Specification for Bank Slope in Hydropower Engineering" suggests a value range for slope safety coefficient,however the specific determination of safety coefficient should be carefully conducted in consideration of the layout relation between slope and structures,engineering scale of slope,geology complexity and the uncertain factors,otherwise it will result in significant difference of construction period and investment. Aiming to the bank slope at Dagangshan Hydropower Station,through selecting suitable stability analysis method,considering influential factors on the bank slope stability as well as using analogy method,we establish a stability evaluation system that is adapted to Dagangshan Hydropower Station. The adopted evaluation system and correspondent supporting measures are validated effective by monitoring data in construction and operation period.
