摘要
目的探讨中西医结合综合治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效,并初步探索其作用机理方法：神经性耳鸣患者60例,按就诊顺序1：1随机分为试验组和对照组.试验组给予中西医结合治疗,包括中医辨证论治使用通窍活血汤合通气散加减、耳部穴位注射,高压氧治疗、葛根素0.4g静滴、口服盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg,每日1次;对照组西医的使用高压氧治疗、葛根素0.4g静滴、口服盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg,每日1次.两组均10天一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,结束后观察疗效结果：试验组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,显效率及有效率与对照组比较均具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）,试验组优于对照组结论：中西医结合综合疗法治疗神经性耳鸣疗效明显.
ObjectiveChinese and western medicine combined with the clinical curative effect of comprehensive therapy for neurological ringing in the ears, and explore itsaction mechanism.Methods：60 patients with neurological tinnitus were divided into 2 groups as 1：1 proportion randomly.The test group was conbined treatment of traditional chinesemedicine and western medicine, the control group was Combined with western medicine treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the test group is 90%,63.3% for the controlgroup after treatment. The differences had statistical significance in the effective rate and excellent rate between two groups（P〈0.05）, the effect of test group was better than controlgroup.ConclusionCombine traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive therapy for neurological tinnitus curative effect is obvious.
