摘要
某校车在一定车速范围内出现异常噪声,极大地影响车内乘员的乘坐舒适性,对该现象进行了试验研究。首先,通过40~80 km/h车速匀速行驶工况的试验,对车内异常噪声进行测试,确定其特征频率;然后,进行3挡与4挡的全油门加速行驶试验,采用阶次跟踪方法对测量结果进行处理,得到异常噪声的特征分量以及对应的阶次,确定后桥主减速器齿轮异常磨损为校车车内产生异响的主要原因;最后,对后桥主减速器齿轮进行更换,消除了该校车的车内异响,并通过试验进行了验证。该研究对动力总成系统导致的异常噪声研究与消除提供依据,对噪声源识别有重要价值。
Abnormal noise emerged in a school bus during a certain vehicle speed, which greatly influenced the ride comfort of occupants. In this paper, the abnormal noise was studied by experiments. Firstly, the road test was carried out to collect interior abnormal noise signal under the constant velocities of 40-80km/h, through which the characteristic frequency of noise was determined. Then, wide open throttle (WOT) acceleration tests with 3 and 4 gears were conducted. Order tracing method was applied for the analysis of test data, and the characteristic components and corresponding orders of interior abnormal noise were obtained. It was concluded that the wear of main reducer gears of driving axle was the main cause of interior abnormal noise. Finally, the main reducer gears of driving axle were replaced, and the interior abnormal noise was eliminated which was validated through tests. This work offered a reference for the research of abnormal noise induced by powertrain system.
