Research on the preparation of cellulose whiskers

摘要 以质量分数64%的硫酸水解脱脂棉,制备纤维素晶须。探讨了反应温度、反应时间和固液比对晶须产率的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:反应温度55℃,反应时间30 min,固液比1:12 g/mL,在此条件下,所得纤维素晶须尺寸分布较为均匀,长度1~10μm,长径比为1~10。 A discussion about influences of factors including temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on the preparation of cellulose whiskers and an optimization of preparation conditions were made by hydrolyzing absorbent cotton with sulfuric acid(64%,mass fraction). The result shows that the best preparation con-dition is 55 ℃,30 min and 1 :12 g/mL,under this condition,the size of prepared cellulose whiskers has a uniform distribution,the overall length is 1~10 μm and the length-diameter ratios is from 1~10.
