摘要
目的探讨脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法对2011年1月—12月收治536例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果基本痊愈5例,显著好转247例,有好转252例,无变化32例;肢体功能完全恢复68例,有进步440例,无改善28例,治疗总有效率为94.0%。结论根据不同病情采取个体化正规治疗,适时开始康复训练,可以提高脑梗死治疗有效率,减少致残率。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of cerebral infarction patients. Methods In January 2011 to December 2011 were analyzed the clinical data of 536 patients with cerebral infarction and treatment results were analyzed. Results Functional recovery in 5 cases, significant improvement in 247 cases, 252 cases improved, 32 cases no change. Limb function fully recovered 68 cases, 440 cases, make progress no improvement of 28 cases of limb function. The total effective rate was 94.0%.Conclusion Regular treatment, better tailored to the different condition, timely start rehabilitation training, can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce morbidity.
