摘要
从体育器械用镁合金的激光表面改性角度出发,运用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、磨损试验机及电化学测量系统,研究了激光熔覆复合涂层对合金母材物相、显微组织、显微硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经过激光表面改性后的AZ31镁合金的表面硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能得到极大提高,且当Al-Si质量比为6∶1的Al2O3、TiO2时综合性能最好。
By means of X ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscope (OM), micro hardness tester, wear tester and electrochemical measurement system, effects of laser cladding composite coating on the micro- structure, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of magnesium matrix were investiga- ted. The results show that, after laser surface modification, the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of AZ31 magnesium alloy are greatly improved, and with the mass ratio of A1-Si+ A1203 .TiO2 of 6 : 1, the desirable comprehensive properties can be presented.
