摘要
为了明确西瓜嫁接对黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒病传播的影响,应用插接法与劈接法中刀片、竹签2种工具分别粘毒后再嫁接西瓜进行传毒能力比较,结果为:插接法嫁接传毒能力强于劈接法嫁接,粘毒竹签的传毒能力强于粘毒刀片,最初嫁接的1、2株瓜苗最容易染毒发病。
In order to clarify the effect of grafted watermelon on the transmission of cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, in the methods of cuttage grafting and cleft grafting respectively, we compared the capability of Virus transmission by sticking virus on grafted watermelon on the two kinds of tools, blade and bamboo sticker. The results showed that virus transmission capability by cuttage grafting was stronger than cleft grafting, bamboo sticker was better at virus transmission than blade, and the plants which grafted at first and the second were infected easily.
