摘要
文章对禾草沟煤矿项目EPC总承包存在的突出问题以及煤炭基本建设市场进行了分析、思考和研究,阐述了以EPC总承包模式建设矿井项目存在的主要问题和障碍,对采用EPC总承包模式建设矿井项目时"总承包商确定"、"合同部分条款"等关键环节的规范模式进行了探索和总结。
The paper had an analysis,consideration and study on prominent problems existed in an EPC general contract of Hecaogou Mine Project and a coal capital construction market and stated the main problems and obstacles existed in the mine project construction with the EPC general contract. When the EPC general contract model was applied to the mine construction project,a discovery and summarization was conducted on a ＂general contractor determination＂, ＂contract clauses＂and other key link standard model in order to reach the EPC general contract construction model of the standard mine project and to improve the targets of the management level.
