摘要
以马来酸酐和尿素为原料合成聚天冬氨酸。考察了各反应条件对阻垢率的影响,得出聚天冬氨酸合成的最佳工艺条件为:马来酸与尿素的物质的量比为1/0.95,聚合反应温度为180℃,聚合反应时间为2.5 h,该工艺条件下所得PASP的阻垢效果最好,阻垢率可达96%。通过对PASP的生物降解性测试,可知PASP为易生物降解阻垢剂。
Taking maleic anhydride and urea as raw material to synthesize polyaspartic acid. Investigated the influence of the reaction conditions on the scale inhibition rate,the optimum technological conditions for polyaspartic acid synthesis is:the molar ratio of maleic acid and urea at 1/0. 95,polymerization temperature is 180 ℃,polymerization time is 2. 5 h,the process under the condition of income scale inhibition effects of PASP is best,scale inhibition rate can reach 96%. By means of PASP biodegradation tests,PASP is an easily biodegradable scale inhibitor.
