摘要
目的：建立测定生骨散中柚皮苷含量的HPLC 方法，用以更好地控制其质量。方法采用HPLC 法， Warters-C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（33∶67），流速为1.0mL·min-1，紫外检测波长为283nm，柱温为25℃。结果柚皮苷在0.0705～1.4100μg线性关系良好， r=1.0000，平均回收率98.35%， RSD=0.97%。结论本方法准确、简便、快速，可作为生骨散中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。
Objective Determination of high performance liquid students naringin content in bone powder chromatographic method, in order to better control the quality. Methods HPLC, Warters-C18 （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） column with a mobile phase of methanol-water （33∶67） , the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1, UV detection wavelength was 283nm, column temperature was 25℃. Rresults naringin 0.0705~1.4100μg in good linear relationship, r=1.0000, the average recovery 99.03%, RSD=0.40%. Conclusion The method is accu-rate, simple, fast and can be used as raw bone powder content in naringin determination.
