摘要
目的:建立测定生骨散中柚皮苷含量的HPLC 方法,用以更好地控制其质量。方法采用HPLC 法, Warters-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(33∶67),流速为1.0mL·min-1,紫外检测波长为283nm,柱温为25℃。结果柚皮苷在0.0705~1.4100μg线性关系良好, r=1.0000,平均回收率98.35%, RSD=0.97%。结论本方法准确、简便、快速,可作为生骨散中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。
Objective Determination of high performance liquid students naringin content in bone powder chromatographic method, in order to better control the quality. Methods HPLC, Warters-C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol-water (33∶67) , the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1, UV detection wavelength was 283nm, column temperature was 25℃. Rresults naringin 0.0705~1.4100μg in good linear relationship, r=1.0000, the average recovery 99.03%, RSD=0.40%. Conclusion The method is accu-rate, simple, fast and can be used as raw bone powder content in naringin determination.
