摘要
目的:初步探讨魔芋低聚糖(KOGM)对三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的保护作用。方法:将昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、KOGM低剂量组和高剂量组。用100mg/kg bw TNBS和50%乙醇混合溶液造模。自造模24h后每天给小鼠灌胃KOGM直至处死。灌胃体积为10m L/kg bw。结果:各剂量组每日平均摄食量无显著性差异,但与模型组比较,低、高剂量组食物利用率和体重增重均显著升高;与模型组比较,低剂量组和高剂量组小鼠的结肠溃疡面积及溃疡率均明显降低(p<0.01);结肠组织病理切片结果表明,KOGM高剂量组小鼠受损结肠恢复较好甚至接近正常状态。结论:KOGM对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎有一定的保护作用,其作用机理需进一步研究。
Objective.To investigate the protective effects of konjac oligo-glucomannan (KOGM)on the ulcerative colitis(UC) induced by trinitro benzene sulfonic acid (TNBS)in mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, KOGM low dose group and high dose groups. The mixed solution including 100mg/kg bw TNBS and 50% ethanol was used for model building.After 24 hours,the high dose and low dose group were administrated with KOGM by gavage, and the volume was 10mL/kg bw.Results:There was no evident differences about average daily intake among groups, but compared with the model group ,food efficiency ratio and body weight gain were significantly increased in both low dose and high dose groups.Compared with the model group ,the ulcer areas and rates of the colon in low dose and high dose group were significantly decreased (p 〈0.01).The results of histopathological slice of colon showed that the damaged colon of high dose group were recovered better,even close to a normal state.Conclusion:KOGM had a protective effect for ulcerative colitis injury in mice,and the mechanism should be further explored.
