摘要 炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）和克罗恩病（Crohn＇s disease,CD）[1]。目前认为IBD的发病主要与环境、遗传以及机体免疫因素相关[2]。近年,环境因素在IBD的发病机制中所扮演的角色受到广泛的关注[3]。
