摘要
海上船舶避碰过程中,确定避让时机是一个重要环节。以往许多专家学者从各自不同的角度提出了一些确定避让时机的模型。但由于数学工具的限制,这些模型都存在着一定的问题。本文在分析这些问题的基础上,将物元分析理论用于航海技术的研究,建立了使用可拓集合论确定避让时机的模型,并提出了最危险时刻(TMR)的概念。
It is an extreamly important point to determine the time for collision avoid-
ance at sea.Many experts had presented their models for the determination of the
time to avoid collision from different view points in the past.But these models all
have certain problems because of the limitation of mathematical methods they
used。
After making analysis on the problems,the authors applied the MEA theory
to the study of the navigational techniques,and established a model to determine
the time for collision avoidance with the extension sets.At the same time,the con-
cept of the time of maximum risk(TMR)was put forward.
