摘要
新疆维稳形势严峻，预警是维护社会稳定的重要途径。情报收集是成功预警的前提和基础。当前的新疆维稳预警情报收集工作还存在收集主体素质不高，群众优势未能充分发挥，缺乏有效交流与合作等问题。为此。必须加强情报队伍建设，构筑人民防线，完善协作机制，加强情报交流，以改进情报收集工作。
The situation of stability is grim in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. An early warning is an important approach to safeguard social stability. Intelligence collection is the foundation of a successful early warning. There exist the current problems with collecting stabilization intelligence for an early waming, namely, the quality of staff collecting intelligence needs improving, the mass advantage has not been exerted well, as well as lack of an effective exchange and cooperation. Therefore, it is crucial to strengthen a team construction, to build people＇ s defense, to improve the collaboration system. These measures will perfect the intelligence collection work.
