摘要
为了更加高效、低成本地培训操作、维修人员,基于GE智能平台的PACSystems RX3i控制器、VersaMax远程I/O和iFIX组态软件设计了一套能够模拟沥青混合料拌和设备生产现场和各种故障的实训装置。介绍了实训装置的面板设计,控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计。实际应用效果良好,值得推广应用。
In order to find a way in which operation and maintenance staff can be trained more effectively and economically, a set of training device that could simulate the production site of asphalt mixing plant and all kinds of errors was designed based on PACSystems RX3i controller, VersaMax remote interface and iFIX configuration software provided by GE intelligent platform. The design of panel and hardware and software of the controller of training device was introduced. Application shows good result.
