摘要
随着小点间距LED显示屏的发展更多客户提出了可移动式高密度显示屏的需求。为满足可移动式密度显示屏的市场需求,需要解决移动状态对屏体的冲击与惯性可能引起的拼接缝隙变化的问题。本文通过从箱体结构的优化、移动机构的设计,以及计算方式和电气控制的设计,解决了可移动式高密度显示屏的技术难点。
With the LED display dot pitch becoming smaller and smaller, now there are growing demands for high-density display screens, especially used in stages, meeting rooms and other indoor spaces. Many customers even demand for high-density removable display screens. In order to meet the market demands for this removable display screen, the impact and inertia of the screen body should be solved during the moving state, the splicing gap should not be changed. This article will solve the technical difficulties of removable high-density display screen from three aspects such as optimizing the cabinet structure, design and calculation of moving structure, and design of electrical control.
