摘要
本文通过对银杏香菇在不同温度、相对空气湿度、光照环境因子变化试验，结果是：银杏香菇在20-25益时，菌丝体及子实体生长最好；空气相对湿度在70-75%时，菌丝体生长快，分布均匀。子实体生长阶段，空气相对湿度为85-90%最适宜；光照遮光度在80%时菇体厚实，菌盖圆整。
