摘要
车用尿素是SCR系统必需的还原剂,过多含量的金属元素将会对催化剂等系统造成损害。本文使用ICP-MS对四种品牌车用尿素溶液中的八种金属元素(钙、镁、铝、铁、铜、锌、铬、镍)的含量进行测定,并进行了精密度、准确度及检测限的考察。结果表明使用该方法灰化时间短、操作简便,准确度及精密度、检出限等均符合要求。
As the essential reducing agent of vehicle SCR system, excessive content of the metal elements in aqueous urea solution would cause damage to the catalyst system. Eight metal elements of calcium, magnesium, aluminum, iron, copper, zinc, chromium, and nickel content in four kinds of aqueous urea solution were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the precision, accuracy and detection limit of this method were investigated. The determination results of the ICP-MS method were satisfactory, time saving and easy to operate.
