摘要
本文应用弹性变形能及纵横弯曲理论,建立了钻柱在斜井中的受力与变形模式以及挠曲方程的三角级数表达方式。运用里茨(Ritz)法导出的计算方法推导了钻柱在斜井中的横向共振固有频率及转速的计算公式,并以此分析了在现今大斜度井中加重钻杆过度磨损、迅速破坏的原因及影响因素,为今后大斜度定向井合理选择钻井参数及钻具结构提供参考和依据。
The model of load and deformation of directional drilling string and the expression of trigonometric series of deflection equation arc established by means of elastic deformation energy and vertical and horizontal bending theory. A calculational formaula for the free-running frequency of horizontal resonance and rotation speed is derived with of calculation method derived from Ritz, with which analysis is made for the excess abrasion of weight drill pipe in high-angle holes reasons of fast wornout, and its effective factors so as to provide reference and base for reasonably choosing drilling parameters and drilling tool in the future high-angle directional drilling.
