基因多态性与氯吡格雷抵抗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 氯吡格雷是一种噻吩吡啶类衍生物,经过肠道吸收后,约85%被酯酶水解成非活性物质,剩下的15%在肝脏经过一系列的CYP450酶转化有活性的代谢产物后[1],与血小板表面二磷酸腺苷（ADP）受体P2Y12不可逆结合,阻断ADP对腺苷环化酶的抑制作用,最终抑制纤维蛋白原受体（GPⅡb/Ⅲa）活化,从而抑制血小板的聚集。目前,氯吡格雷已经是广泛应用于临床的抗血小板药物。
