心脏磁共振成像技术在非缺血性心肌病诊断中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 心脏磁共振成像技术(cardiovascular magnetic resonance,CMR)作为一种高效、无创、无辐射损伤的检查手段,具有良好的软组织对比度和较高的分辨率,正逐渐应用于临床。目前,关于 CMR检查对非缺血性心肌病的临床价值研究较少,现对钆对比剂延迟强化磁共振成像(late gadolinium enhancement-magnetic resonance imaging,LGE-MRI)技术的原理及机制、一站式 CMR检查方法的进展和诊断意义,以及 CMR对非缺血性心肌病的诊断标准和价值进行系统分析与综述。
