油品长输管线存在易燃、易爆以及易腐蚀、有毒、易流失等不安全因素,危险性很大。为消除安全隐患,确保长输管线安全运行,天津石化开展了"油品长输管线隐患专项治理"工作,对长输管线因非法占压、非法碾压、安全距离不够等隐患问题,进行拉网式排查,对存在的隐患认真梳理、归类,开展专项治理。并建立健全安全组织,安全管理,应急体系等防范,实现了油品长输管道安全的制度化、规范化管理。
