摘要
随着成品油经营日趋同质化和薄利化,发展非油品业务已成为国外石油公司转变经营模式,创造新的效益增长点,实现可持续发展的必由之路。未来十年,中国也将迎来非油品业务发展的重要战略机遇期。因此,研究国外非油品业务发展历程和中国当前发展环境,对判断中国当前非油品业务发展阶段,制定战略定位和选择发展模式具有重要的意义。
As oil products management increasingly tends to homogenization and small profits, developing non-oil products business has become the road foreign petroleum companies must take in order to transform management mode, create new benefit growth point and realize sustainable development. In future 10 years, China will welcome an important period of strategic opportunity for non-oil products business development. Thus, research on foreign non-oil products business development course and China's current development environment is of great significance to judging China's current non-oil products business development stage, laying down strategic positioning and selecting development mode.
