摘要
造成外墙及窗渗漏的原因是多方面的、复杂的,解决这些问题,需要从设计、材料、施工等多方面综合考虑,通过优化设计、合理选材、精心施工,才能最大限度地防止渗漏现象的发生。论文针对上海外墙及窗渗漏多发的状况,对渗漏形成的原因进行分析,并就如何处理和预防工程渗漏提出了相应的防治措施。
The cause of the walls and windows leakage is multifaceted,complex,to solve these problems, from design,material,construction,and other aspects of the comprehensive consideration,by optimizing the design,material selection,construction,can maximize prevent leakage. In view of the Shanghai wall and window multiple leakage situation,analyses the reasons of the leakage formation,and how to deal with and put forward the corresponding control measures to prevent leakage.
