介绍了大冶有色金属有限责任公司冶炼厂污酸处理工艺流程及石灰中和钙砷渣煅烧工艺流程.石灰除砷控制pH值12,气浮除砷pH值8～9.试运行处理后污水ρ（As）0.27～0.39 mg/L,含砷废渣安全填埋处理.
Acidic wastewater treatment process flow and calcine process flow of calcium and arsenic slag by lime neutralization in Daye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. are introduced. PH value is controlled within 12 during the removal of arsenic by lime, and pH value is controlled between 8 and 9 by air float process. After treatment, the concentration of wastewater is 0. 27-0. 39 mg/L, and arseniccontaining waste residue is landfilled without pollution.
