摘要
以CQ6型矿用胶轮车工作制动器为研究对象,利用三维软件和仿真分析软件对制动器制动力矩和制动时间进行理论计算和仿真分析。根据制动力矩计算出作用在活塞上的轴向压紧力,对活塞进行静力学分析,分析其危险部位。为制动器中摩擦片、活塞的进一步改进设计及胶轮车制动安全性能的研究奠定了理论基础。
Taking the CQ6 mine rubber-tired working brake as the research object,the simulation analysis and theoretical calculation of braking torque and time were made by using 3D and simulation analysis software.The axial compression force on piston was calculated according to the braking torque,and the static analysis of piston was made to analyze its dangerous place.This lays a foundation for the improving design of the brake pads,piston,and the research of rubber-tyred vehicle safety performance.
