摘要
以坑道水平孔取心钻进的特殊需求为出发点,介绍了水平孔绳索取心工艺方法,以冲洗液为动力、以钢丝绳为中介来下放和打捞岩心管,提高钻进效率。通过ZDY1000G型全液压高转速钻机和75mm坑道用绳索取心钻具在鹿鸣金矿和金大矿的实际应用,验证整套装备的可靠性及水平孔绳索取心工艺的先进性。在金大矿完成了一个终孔直径78.5mm、终孔深度401.8m的水平取心钻孔的现场试验,创造了国内水平绳索取心钻孔深度记录。
The paper introduces the horizontal hole wire rope coring technology proceeding with the special requirement of the horizontal hole coring drilling operation in tunnel exploration.Flush fluid as power and wire rope as medium are to lower and salvage the core barrel,raising the drilling efficiency.The practical application of ZDY1000 Gfull hydraulic high speed running drilling rig and 75 mm tunnel wire rope coring drilling rig in Luming Mine and Jinda Mine has validated their reliability and reflected advancement of the horizontal hole wire rope coring technology.The coring drilling with diameter of the final borehole being78.5mm and depth of the final borehole 401.8m was conducted in the tests on site,making a domestic record of the depth of horizontal hole wire rope coring drilling.
