摘要
为了考察丝网层数和表面开孔对金属丝网填料性能的影响,测定了单层开孔金属丝网填料(BXH型)和双层无孔金属丝网填料(DMⅠ型)的压降、泛点气速和传质效率,并将实验结果与单层无孔金属丝网填料(BX型)进行了对比。实验结果表明,与BX型单层无孔丝网填料相比,DMⅠ型双层丝网填料的压降增大,泛点气速降低,传质效率提高;BXH型开孔丝网填料的压降降低,泛点气速增大,传质效率降低。丝网层数增加,可以提高填料的传质效率,但是填料的通量下降;填料表面开孔,可以提高填料的通量,但传质效率降低。
To investigate the effect of layer number and hole on the performance of structured packing,pressure drop,flooding velocity and mass transfer efficiency of BXH and DM I type structured packings are measured. The experimental results show that, compared with BX type structured packing, DM I type packing has a higher pressure drop and mass transfer efficiency with lower flooding velocity, while BXH type packing has a lower pressure drop and mass transfer efficiency with higher flooding velocity. This indicates that the increase of mesh layer can improve mass transfer efficiency of structured packing but reduce its capacity. On the contrary, the surface hole of the structured packing can improve the capacity but reduce the mass transfer efficiency.
