摘要
利用MATLAB中的神经网络工具箱,采用BP神经网络,实现了斯太尔摩高速线材冷却线上的工艺参数和冷却过程中温降之间的复杂的非线性映射,建立了高速线材冷却过程的温降模型。对神经网络模拟计算出的温降与现场的实测温降进行了比较,结果表明:BP网络有较高的计算精度。这对于实际斯太尔摩冷却控制能提供参考。
Complex non linear mapping between technological parameters in cooling line of Stelmor high speed wire and temperature drop in the cooling process was realized by using the neural network toolbox of MATLAB and BP network. The model of temperature drop in the high-speed wire cooling process was established. The temperature drop simulated by the neural network and that of actual measurement were compared. The results indicate that BP network has higher computational accuracy, which can provide a reference for actual Stelmor cooling control.
