肾移植术后原发于腹膜弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者男性，63岁，2012年12月2813因“腹胀、乏力伴食欲减退1个月，加重伴尿少半个月”人院，患者入院前无明显诱因出现腹胀，腹围增加，食欲减退，近半个月自觉尿量减少，每日500ml，无发热、咳嗽，无恶心、呕吐，无皮肤黄染、血尿等症状。
