直肠癌中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与淋巴管密度间相关关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨直肠癌组织中淋巴管分布及微淋巴管密度(LMVD)与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)数量的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法,用CD68标记TAMs,用D2-40标记淋巴管,光镜下对TAMs及LMVD进行计数、分析。结果:直肠癌组织中的淋巴管主要分布于肿瘤边缘区域,肿瘤周围微淋巴管密度明显高于肿瘤中心区(P<0.001),直肠癌组织中TAMs计数与肿瘤周围LMVD呈明显正相关关系(P=0.039),TAMs计数与淋巴结转移也呈正相关关系。结论:TAMs可能在肿瘤周围淋巴管生成过程中发挥重要作用,继而进一步促进淋巴结癌转移。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of tumor- associated macrophages( TAMs) with lymphatic microvessel density( LMVD) in human rectal carcinoma. Methods: CD68 marked for TAMs. D2- 40,specific marker for lymphatic endothelium in rectal carcinoma were determined by immunohistochemical technique. TAMs and LMVD were counted and analyzed. Results: The regions of greatest TAMs infiltration and LMVD were most frequently apparent at the marginal elevation of rectal carcinoma. D2- 40- positive lymphatic microvessel were detected more in the peritumoral stroma than in the intratumoral compartment. Positive correlation was found among the counts of TAMs and peritumoral LMVD. Peritumoral LMVD was positively related to lymph node metastasis( P 0. 05). Conclusion:TAMs deposit might be important factor associated with lymphoangiogenesis of rectal carcinoma. Then it might play important role in lymph node metastasis.
