摘要
基于鲁甸地震救援中灾害救援护士的抽组选派和工作完成的情况,分析了灾害救援护士的基本情况,提出选派灾害救援护士应具备的素质,如良好的应急能力与身体素质、全面的护理专业技能、较高的情商和心理疏导能力、较强的协调和沟通能力、较强的团队意识和奉献精神以及较强的梳理总结能力等,旨在对我国选派灾害救援护士提供一定的借鉴。
Based on the selection of specialist nurses and completion of work in Ludian earthquake, this paper analyzed the basic situation of the selection of specialist nurses, and proposed basic qualities the selected specialist nurses needed, such as good e- mergency ability and physical quality, comprehensive professional nursing skills, high emotion quotient and psychological counseling a- bility, strong coordination and communication ability, strong sense of teamwork and dedication, strong carding summary ability, etc. In order to provide some reference for the selection of specialist nurses in disaster nursing.
