摘要 对鲁地拉水电站拍式浮体闸门水封的工作性能进行了分析。首先,分析拍式浮体闸门的支撑形式和受力方式,得到闸门边缘框形水封线荷载的分布;其次,根据有限变形理论,利用ABAQUS对水封进行非线性仿真计算,得到水封封头"压缩量-线压力-封头接触宽度、接触应力"关系曲线;最后,按框形水封断面处的线压力反查关系曲线,得到封头压缩量、接触宽度、接触应力等封水水密性特征值,用于判断水封封水的严密性。将仿真计算结果与实际情况对比,可知该拍式浮体闸门止水水封变形形态与仿真计算结果极为接近。 The operation performances of the sealing of floating flap gate in Ludila Hydropower Station are analyzed. Firstly, the support form and stress of floating flap gate are analyzed to obtain the distribution of water sealing line load along the frame of gate. Secondly, the nonlinear simulation of sealing is carried out by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS based on finite deformation theory to get the curves of compression-line pressure- width of contact /contact stress of sealing head. Finally, according to the line pressure of frame seal section, the compression, width of contact and contact stress of sealing head can be obtained by curve interpolation to determine the tightness of water sealing. By comparing simulation results and actual gate operation, the actual deformation of sealing is very close to the simulation results.
