摘要
高等教育发展程度对一个国家的经济发展起着重要的支撑作用。武汉城市圈高等教育的发展能够为社会提供人才保障,但现实中又难以适应武汉城市圈经济社会发展对制造业人才的需求。文中通过定性与定量分析相结合的方法,从分析武汉城市圈高等教育发展与制造业现状入手,分析了武汉城市圈人才需求状况,提出了武汉城市圈高等教育发展对制造业人才需求契合的对策建议。即:创建一体化培养机制;创新一流的教学方式;配置高效的教育资源;完善人才评价激励机制;创造良好的就业环境。
The level of development of higher education of a country＇s economic development plays an important role in support. The development of higher education in wuhan city circle can provide talent guarantee for the society, but in reality it is increasingly difficult to adapt to the wuhan city circle economic and social development demands for manufacturing the cultivation of specialized personnel.
