摘要
随着生活水平质量的提高,人们对食品安全要求的不断提高促进了冷链物流的发展。文中介绍了国内外关于冷链物流的研究现状,并针对影响冷链物流中心可行性的各个因素,构建了可行性评价的评价指标体系。然后针对现有评价方法的缺陷,提出了ANP—模糊综合评价方法。最后通过实例分析,验证了文中提出的评价指标体系以及评价方法的可行性。
With the improvement of living standard, the consumers pay more attention on food safety, which promote the development of cold-chain logistics. On the basis of introduction of research status of cold-chain logistics, this paper constructed a assess index system of feasibility of cold-chain logistics center. For mending the old methods, this paper put forward a ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through instances, the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system and method were demonstrated.
