摘要
订货决策是零售型企业经营管理过程中最重要的环节之一,其直接影响企业成本,从而决定企业的经营状况。在实际情况中,零售商的订货决策往往会受到资金的约束,导致无法实现最优订货策略。互联网金融的产生,使得网络零售商的资金难题得到了一定的缓解。因此,文中在互联网金融的大背景下,构建供应商、零售商、消费者三者间的两级信用支付系统,根据零售商最初持有现金量的不同,分别建立初始持有资金充足和初始持有资金不足时零售商的订货模型,并对模型进行求解,在一定程度为资金约束条件下的网络零售商制定订货决策提供依据。
Ordering decision is vital in the operation of an enterprise,which directly affect the cost and the operating conditions of the enterprise. But in the actual cases, the retailers' order decisions are always restricted by money. The funding constraints may make the retailers fail to realize the optimal ordering strategy. With the generation of e-finance, the online retailers get some ease in financial difficulties. This paper establish build a two-stage credit payment system among suppliers, retailers and consumers under e-finance. According to different retailers' initial capital holdings, we discuss retailers' ordering strategy in the case of sufficientinitial funds and insufficient initial funds and then solve and analyze the model. To some extent, it provides a basis for the retailers to make optimal ordering strategy under capital constraints.
