腹腔镜肝尾状叶切除(附视频) 被引量：5

摘要 随着腹腔镜技术的发展，腹腔镜已被广泛应用于肝切除术中，但腹腔镜肝尾状叶切除鲜见报道，这主要是由于肝尾状叶紧贴下腔静脉前方，暴露较困难，且术中出血难以控制，手术风险大，手术并发症发生率较高等所致。肝尾状叶曾经被视为肝切除的禁区，腹腔镜肝尾状叶切除对于肝脏外科医师来说是一项巨大的挑战。佛山市第一人民医院肝脏外科成功完成1例腹腔镜肝尾状叶切除，并取得良好疗效，现报告如下。
