摘要
介绍了一种钢筋混凝土梁抗剪加固的新方法——ETS法,并对16根钢筋混凝土短梁进行了试验研究,探求ETS法的可行性。对比了BFRP筋绑扎、BFRP筋灌胶(ETS法)、普通钢筋绑扎插入式三种加固的试件与未加固试件的抗剪性能;通过加固筋的应变,研究了加固筋的利用率。研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土短梁采用ETS法加固后,加固筋的存在延缓了试件裂缝的发展,提高了开裂荷载和抗剪承载力,减小了短梁的跨中挠度,表现出良好的受力和变形性能。
The Embedded Through-Section (ETS) which is a new reinforced method of concrete beam to improve the shear capacity is introduced. 16 RC short beams are tested to certify the feasibility of the reinforced method. The shearing capacity between the reinforced specimens strengthened with assembling BFRP bars, epoxy wrapping BFRP bars (ETS) and assembling rebars and the unreinforced ones were compared in the test. Utilization of reinforcing bars are showed by the strain data. The results indicate that the reinforced bars can delay the development of cracking, improve the cracking load and the shear capacity of the beam. At the same time the mid-span deflection of short beam is reduced. The RC short beams strengthened by ETS method show good mechanical and deformation properties.
