摘要
论述了舜阳电压质量分析管理系统V3.0的组建过程,探索了如何通过优化的平台设计实现电压监测数据分析管理的新途径。将电压质量的在线监测与电压质量的技术监督有机结合,建立面向管理的信息查询系统,配合决策分析系统,及时发现各级电网中的不合格点,分析不合格原因,提出解决方案,建议最优方案,给出电网电压质量预测报告以及合理化建议。本系统由宁波舜阳电测仪器有限公司下属的余姚明锐软件有限公司和宁波东大自动化智能技术有限公司合作开发,依托流程工业综合自动化国家重点实验室进行业务指导。
This paper discusses the process of building Shunyang Voltage Quality Analysis and Management System Version 3.0, to ex- plore a new way of how to use the optimized platform design to realize voltage monitoring data analysis and management. The system or- ganically integrates the voltage quality on-line monitoring and technical supervision of voltage quality, establishing the management-ori- ented referral information system, the unqualified points can be timely detected in power grid at all levels by coordinating decision analy- sis system, by analyzing the reasons of unqualified points, the system can propose the solutions, suggest an optimal solution, and pro- vide prediction report of the power grid voltage quality and rationalization proposal. The system was cooperatively developed by Yuyao Mingrui Software Co. , Ltd. which is a subsidiary company of Ningbo ShunYang Electrical Test Instrument Co. , Ltd. and NDD Intelli- gent Automation Technology Co. , Ltd, relying on State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industries ( Northeastern University) for operational guidance.
