摘要
目的探讨完全腹腔镜下精准肝切除术患者在围术期观察及治疗。方法对43例接受完全腹腔镜下精准肝切除手术的患者给予围手术期的监测和观察,重视心理干预和人文关怀。结果该组手术均获成功,无中转开腹。术后有2例出现胆漏,5例出现腹腔积液,均通过积极治疗,所有患者痊愈出院;手术总有效率为100%,死亡率为0。结论术前的精心准备,术后的严密观察与监测,及时发现并处理并发症,为完全腹腔镜下精准肝切除术手术成功及促进患者顺利康复提供了重要保证。但同时也对医护人员在围术期的监测和治疗中提出了更高的要求,并有待进一步研究探讨。
[Objective] To explore nursing approaches in perioperative period in total laparoscopic precise liver resection. [ Methods ] 43 patients received operation were given careful nursing in perioperative period. Vital signs were monitored after operation, humanistic care and psychological nursing were paid much attention to. [ Results ] The total effective rate is 100% and the surgery mortality rate is 0%. 2 patients suffered bile leakage, 5 cases had celiac effusion. Through the active care and relevant clinical treatment, all patients were recovered. [ Conclusions ] Giving patients received total laparoscopic precise liver resection careful nursing and humane care and psychological counseling, and closely monitoring the condition changes, can reduce the patient＇s suffering, avoid serious complica- tions, and help patients recover soon.
