摘要
本文针对目前我国理工科高等院校科学研究与专利权保护的现状 ,提出了 2 1世纪理工科高校应如何适应知识经济发展 ,使高校的科研成果得到法律保护 ,从而形成良性科研循环 。
In line with the current state of scientific research and protection of patented rights in China's polytechnic colleges, the article suggests methods for strengthening the protection and development of patented rights in the context of emerging intellectual economy in the new century so that the R&D results in the campus may enjoy an overall legal protection. In this way, a better cycle may be coming into being and our educational undertakings see an allround development.
