汽车侧面碰撞门槛加强梁的结构优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了有效的保证汽车侧面碰撞的安全性,必须对汽车侧面结构进行合理的设计,使其侧面碰撞传力路径完整并且能够引导相应结构件充分变形吸能。文章通过对汽车的侧面碰撞仿真分析,对汽车门槛加强梁进行了形貌优化和尺寸优化,得到门槛加强梁厚度的最优尺寸为1.732 mm,并根据仿真结果对加入门槛加强梁前后汽车门槛进行比较,以门槛的最大入侵距离和最大入侵速度作为标准来衡量汽车的碰撞安全性,可以看出:加入门槛加强梁之后,门槛的入侵速度和入侵距离明显减少,使汽车侧面的碰撞安全性得到明显提高。 The structure of car side panel has to be designed rationally to ensure car safety for side crash, the purpose is to make transforming force path for side crash more completed and to absorb the deformation energy for related crashed parts.On the basis of simulation analysis of car side crash, this paper introduces the shape and size optimization of sill reinforced beam, the optimum thickness of reinforced beam was obtained as 1.732 mm, at the same time, making the comparison based on simulation results before and after placing the reinforced beam in door sill is also illustrated in the paper, the car's crash safety was presented by using the maximum intrusion distance and the maximum intrusion velocity for the door sill as criterion. It shows that after adding the reinforced beam in the door sill, the intrusion speed and intrusion distance are significantly reduced, making the crash safety of car side improved obviously.
